The team are back from delivering an exhilarating 3 day training workshop set deep in Wales in the beautiful setting of Penpont. We were really lucky with the weather especially as the forecast was heavy rain for most of the week, but the weather was kind to us when delivering all our outdoor activities. The river was unbelievable though, we used it one day during an exercise and the next day it was coursing through at great speed. It’s all about timing!
The training included short bursts of classroom activity liberally supported by indoor and outdoor exercises. It was a joy to design training exercises bespoke to Penpont, using the river and other natural surroundings to enhance the training programme. The group seemed to enjoy our Remote Control activity, but we don’t want to be too specific and give too much away here. You need to ask us.
Early starts and late nights, but well worth the effort for the excellent feedback received. Comments included ‘Thank you so much for a brilliant course’, ‘such great feedback’ and ‘thank you again for the massive help last week’.
