Wow. Following really upbeat, positive feedback from our participants, our winning formula combining trainer-led sessions, experiential exercises and detailed feedback has provided some great leadership insights which will be applied in the workplace.
What sets us apart from other providers? The difference is our two-fold approach of using experiential tasks combined with a small team of trainers and coaches performing 24/7 observation roles. Ok, probably not 24/7 but we do observe and record an awful lot of activity throughout. Training is always matched to Company leadership principles, competences and company values.
Participants receive feedback throughout the training and have a formal allocated session on the final training day and given the opportunity to discuss in depth their own behaviours, personal leadership style and identify their key learning (what to keep and change).
We used this approach recently when training 27 participants during two back to back 3-day workshops in Germany. We were keen to make sure these training workshops felt different, so avoided 'top-of-the-range' hotels, opting instead for a basic hotel in Albaxen, which provided warmth, informality and friendliness in abundance. The hotel is close to woods, forest, river and a pond – perfect for running one of our key exercises the 7-hour Operation Remote Control.

We can’t say too much more about our trip abroad – as coaches, we live by our mantra ‘what goes on tour ... stays on tour’, but take a look at a handful of our photos to get a flavour of the event.
